Auto enrolment is a Government initiative to help more people save for later life through a pension scheme at work. Under the Pensions Acts of 2008 and 2011, workplace pensions law changed and now every employer in the UK is required to help more of their workers save for retirement.
- Automatic enrolment makes it compulsory for employers to offer eligible workers a workplace pension
- The employer must automatically enrol every eligible worker into the scheme
- The employer must make a minimum contribution to the scheme
- Failure to comply with the legislation could incur severe penalties and fines

Our service includes the following:
- Assess the workforce each pay period to identify eligible, non-eligible and entitled employees
- Enrol any eligible jobholders who are not already in a qualifying pension scheme based upon earnings and age in that pay period
- Deduct employee’s and employer’s contributions
- Manage opt ins, opt outs and postponements
- Keep payroll related records in relation to each qualifying pension scheme and for each employee
- Provide reports/feeds which you can issue to the pension provider or we can do this on your behalf
- Produce all statutory communications for your employees via letters and email to you for distribution
- Retain all history of communication issued
As part of our fully managed payroll outsourcing service, we can provide employee payments via BACS. As a BACS approved payroll bureau, we have the facility to process 3 day BACS payments on your behalf. You’ll need to apply for a BACS service user number (SUN) from your bank. This 6-digit number, once linked to our BACS bureau number, will give us the authority to make salary payments to your employees directly from your company account.
Aside from salary payments we can also make the relevant monthly payments to HMRC and any other third party, payroll related deductions such as court order payments.
You can be confident with the security of using a BACS approved payroll bureau with strict procedures in place, firstly by gaining approval to becoming a bureau and secondly through ongoing inspections. These inspection reviews are carried out to ensure the bureau continually operates at the highest standard to ensure your data remains confidential and secure.

Employees will receive individual log-in ID’s and PIN numbers and will be able to view historical payslips and P60’s all in one place.
Some of our clients still prefer the traditional paper copy for their employees, these are printed individually for each employee and then posted out to the business for distribution or sent directly to your employees.
