Key areas where our experts can add value to you and your clients are:
It is vital to offer clients expert advice to help them navigate the sensitive issues around restructuring or formal insolvency. Our award winning team consists of licenced practitioners who can provide clear, objective and contemporary advice.
We work hard to explore all options available as an alternative to formal insolvency, and our practitioners are frequently successful in restructuring businesses – restoring focus and growth. The earlier we are involved, the better chance of successful outcomes.
In any successful business it is crucial to have a strategic plan in place to allow for future growth and development. Business improvement strategies can structure future growth, accelerate an already thriving company, or help an underperforming company refocus.
Our team can explore various ways in which you can improve the performance of your business, increase agility and the options available to help you. Analysis techniques can help you understand where gaps are, and help inform a range of solutions.
We have helped loss making companies return to profit, making good businesses perform even better, and dealing with succession planning and stakeholder exit strategy.
By bringing innovation and commercial awareness to all our transactions, the Campbell Dallas Corporate Finance Team is recognised as one of the leading Corporate Finance groups in Scotland.
We provide both lead advisory and transactional support services and by taking project ownership of any assignment by engaging directly with all parties involved, we ensure that all transactions come to prompt successful conclusions.
At Campbell Dallas we have a proactive approach to developing bespoke tax efficient strategies that minimise annual and future potential liabilities.
With several uniquely skilled individuals the tax consultancy team delivers bespoke tax planning solutions. With the ever increasing pressure on cash flow, particularly in the current economic climate, the ability to save or defer tax through the use of planning is assuming a much higher profile. Our team not only consists of qualified accountants and qualified tax advisors but we have people with legal training and also former HMRC inspectors.
VAT is an essential part of running a business, whether it is located in the UK or abroad. Most developed countries operate a VAT system, and with Brexit looming, additional attention will be required when trading within the EU and beyond.
This is where we can help. At Campbell Dallas our team of VAT specialists have years of collective experience, and an excellent reputation in dealing with a wide range of VAT issues.
Although we are available to help with problems, we can add real value when VAT is considered in advance. Where there are complexities, there are often options on how best to structure things, each with different VAT outcomes.
