The Property & Construction sector in the UK is worth around £70bn and is home to over 48,000 businesses. Although the sector is lucrative it can also be very competitive and is easily affected by government policy and individuals’ earnings, therefore it is important to have trusted advisors in place to guide you. The current largest threat to the sector comes from cashflow disruption, which can have serious side-effects for businesses.
