What you will need?

As a Senior/Assistant Manager in our Corporate Insolvency team you will administer and take responsibility for a portfolio of corporate cases ensuring statutory compliance and progression. You will undertake all aspects of each case from appointment to conclusion including liaising with agents in relation to asset realisations, reporting on directors’ conduct and dealing with claims and distribution of funds. This role requires someone who is able to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress and is comfortable communicating with stakeholders including bankrupts, directors, shareholders and creditors. In addition, you will understand the key commercial aspects of the cases including WIP and fee management. This is a pivotal role within the team and you will be eager to assist with the firm’s marketing activities and be willing to support the Partners with practice development.
In terms of qualifications, it would be great if you have completed your ICAS/ACCA or CPI Certificate in Insolvency however this is not essential. Demonstrable Corporate Insolvency experience is necessary for the role as you will need to be confident in managing your workload quickly and be able to positively impact the team. We are open to the level of this position and would consider candidates from Senior- Assistant Manager level if you have a positive attitude and an eagerness to progress in your career. We are keen to develop you on your career journey, with our support your duties will evolve as you become a mentor to your supporting colleagues with the view to progress further into management.
