An increasing percentage of time is being spent by Insolvency Practitioners in investigation, due diligence and reporting. This area has expanded rapidly in the last three years. We have acted at the request of clearing banks and credit giving suppliers to investigate, reconstruct and/or turn around companies, where they have been encountering difficulties with management, cash or profitability. Corporate Insolvency
