Benchmarking provides an additional backup to our client's own knowledge of their industry sector. The recruitment market is becoming ever more difficult to negotiate and we can provide assistance on Contracts and recruitment by using our personal knowledge of the client thereby saving valuable time interviewing candidates, or by providing the technical background needed to assess financial positions with the client company.

Payroll
We prepare and maintain approximately 150 payrolls on behalf of clients. This involves the processing of weekly, fortnightly, four weekly, and monthly payrolls, preparing monthly PAYE remittances, dealing with any Inland Revenue enquiries, and preparing P45's and Year End Returns. We also give advice on personnel matters including new government legislation.

Bookkeeping
We provide bookkeeping services for many of our clients, the majority of which we do using industry standard accounting programs. For many of these clients we also prepare Management Accounts, and provide payroll and VAT services thereby delivering an all round service which allows our clients to get on with the thing they are best at - running their business!

Company Secretarial Services
We are aware of the statutory requirement of company legislation and undertake this task on behalf of clients ensuring that our corporate clients comply with this ever-increasing burden. In the case of incorporation, we are able to identify the most appropriate corporate structure and frequently assist in its formation.
