Demands for greater corporate transparency together with ever increasing regulatory requirements are an issue for all businesses, not just listed plc’s. Audit and assurance is therefore a priority for many boards and should be viewed as an opportunity to identify ways in which shareholder and stakeholder value can be enhanced.
Campbell Dallas’ audit and assurance team has extensive experience of advising a range of clients across Scotland ranging from growing SMEs, to large corporates and international groups. Our partners and staff take time to understand our clients’ business, industry sector and overall business goals so as to be able to interpret and highlight inherent risks unique to their business. This enables us to provide insight beyond that required to deliver a statutory audit and helps support our clients’ strategic ambitions.
Our highly experienced audit teams will underline areas of opportunity, and will also identify practical solutions to challenges within clients’ businesses. We have depth of experience in a number of industry sectors including:
- Construction & property
- Food manufacturing & processing
- Waste management
Our approach has a real emphasis on proactive communication and a commitment to meet reporting deadlines. At the conclusion of our work, we provide clients with a report covering the relevant key issues, risks and opportunities that have arisen during the course of our audit. We provide the client with assurance and often signpost strategic priorities for the business in helping them to realise their key, growth objectives.
