Peter has over 20 years experience in dealing with Pharmacy businesses and advising them on accounts, taxation, acquisitions, disposals, property and re-financing. Peter is passionate about the sector and is also involved in advising buying Groups and Suppliers into the Pharmacy market. He has a first class knowledge of the sector and is known as one of the ‘go-to’ people for advice from other professionals.
Gerald is Director of the firm’s Corporate Finance Team that was awarded Corporate Finance Team of the Year in 2016 at the Scottish Accountancy & Finance Awards. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, financial due diligence, fundraising, disposals and business planning assignments across various sectors. This includes a number of recent transactions in the pharmacy sector, including one of the largest independent chain of pharmacies in Central Scotland, and in the wider healthcare sector. Gerald was previously named one of the ’Top 35 under 35′ accountants in the UK by Accountancy Age.
Carol-Ann has over 10 years post qualification experience in a wide range of areas, including statutory accounts production and corporate tax for small to large owner managed companies. She has developed a specialism in external audit and she currently works with one of the largest independent chain of pharmacies in Scotland.
David is a qualified accountant and tax advisor. A manager in the firm’s business advisory services team based in Glasgow, David manages a large portfolio of clients including a number within the pharmacy sector where he understands the issues facing the sector. While David worked in Aberdeen he acted for one of the largest independent pharmacy businesses in the city with a number of branches. David believes the key to being a good accountant is the ability to think beyond the numbers and as a business advisor.
Nicola is a Manager in our Aberdeen office, looking after a portfolio of clients including audit, accounts, personal tax, corporation tax and other services for companies, partnerships, sole traders and charities. She works with a portfolio of clients in the pharmacy and dental sectors.
Cameron is a Trainee Accountant based in Glasgow and is progressing through his professional qualifications. He works in the Business Advisory Team, where he works across the firm’s portfolio of pharmacy and healthcare clients.
