Appendices
The appendices should normally only be used to provide detailed information that has been summarised elsewhere in the
business plan.
Key Elements
Commonly included in the appendices will be the following information, although this list is not exhaustive.
- Curricula vitae for key individuals.
- Detailed financial information, i.e. three years integrated financial projections (without a proposed funding structure).
- Key assumptions used to produce financial information.
- Brochures and other business literature.
- Technical specifications.
- Three year’s historical accounts if available.
- Management accounts.
Recommendations
The appendices are an integral part of the plan and they should reflect only that information which has a direct bearing on summary information given elsewhere in the plan.
