David Hunter

David Hunter is Head of Business Recovery & Insolvency.  He as held an Insolvency Permit from ICAS for the last 25 years, is editor of “Impecunias” the ICAS/Law Society of Scotland Technical Insolvency Bulletin and is on the Insolvency (lobbying) committee.  He acts for major clearing banks, credit giving suppliers and a wide range of professional advisers in conducting Independent Reviews and Formal Insolvency Appointments. He also acts as trustee on individual trust deeds and sequestrations.
